The Academy is our comprehensive real estate training program designed to empower aspiring new real estate professionals and enhance their success in the industry. This program offers a dynamic learning experience that combines the best of both worlds: six engaging in-person classes and 1-1 consultations that will provide valuable insights and practical knowledge and instill the fundamentals to create a successful real estate business. Additionally, our program includes a mentorship component, where each participant is paired with an experienced Keller Williams Red Stick agent who provides personalized guidance, support, real-world advice, and shadowing opportunities and leads them through their first 4 transactions. The Academy will equip you with the tools, knowledge, and network to thrive in today's competitive market.

The partnerships you will make with other real state professionals you'll be working with throughout transactions. (Mortgage Lender, Title Attorney, Home Inspector)

1-1 Production Coaching & Accountability

Through 1-1 consultations, many facets of the real estate business will be covered allowing you to jump-start your business from the word 'Go." This includes but is not limited to goal setting, lead generation tips, marketing & compliance, and a deeper dive into the technology available to you.


The Academy isn't all classes. We pair your with one of our experienced agents who will be with your every step of the way on your first 4 transactions. Any question you have, they've got you. You'll also have opportunities to view real-world activities by shadowing your mentor on showing appointments, listings appointments, open houses, contract writing, negotiations, and much more!

The Academy Schedule

In-person classes are held on Wednesdays from 5:30 - 7:30 PM & on Fridays from 10 AM - 12 PM.
