Flint Shea
As Team Leader, Flint is responsible for managing and leading the leadership team as well as the real estate agents in the brokerage. He is accountable for the success of the team and is focused on achieving the team’s goals and objectives. His responsibilities include recruiting, training, and coaching team members, providing guidance on business development strategies, managing team performance, and ensuring that the team adheres to Keller Williams policies and procedures. Additionally, Flint is involved in marketing the team’s services, building relationships with clients and other professionals in the industry, and collaborating with other teams within the office to achieve shared goals.

- At age 15, Flint earned the highest award in the Boy Scouts of America, the rank of Eagle Scout.
- He served on Active Duty in the 4th Infantry Division of The United States Army for four years.
- In 1991, Flint earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Louisiana State University, and in 1996, earned another four-year degree, a Master of Divinity from Saint Paul School of Theology in Kansas City, Missouri.
- He served in professional ministry as senior pastor for 24 years.
- Flint is completing his 8th year with Keller Williams, and was the recipient of the “Rookie of the Year” award his first year.
- He is a 5-time BOLD graduate, and became a BOLD Coach in 2018
- And, being in the Top 20% in his Market Center, Flint has served on the ALC helping to oversee Career Development.
- Flint was also honored on the Main Stage at Mega Camp as the 2019 Cultural Ambassador for the Gulf States Region.
- Most importantly, he and his wife Stacey celebrated their 32nd anniversary this past May, and have 3 wonderful children - Forrest, Garrison, and McKinsey.
