Cindy Allen is the CEO/President of  Louisiana Homes and Land, LLC with Keller Williams in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  Cindy services East Baton Rouge, West Baton Rouge, Ascension and Livingston parishes.

Cindy earned a Bachelor's degree in Fine Art from LSU's college of design in 2000. She developed a sharp eye for detail and aesthetics through her design school training and today she employs these skills in the marketing, advertising and staging phases of real estate sales.

Cindy also attends conferences/classes regionally and nationally to enhance her skills in technology, marketing and leadership.
