Blake Hanna
Blake Hanna brings over 15 years of experience across real estate, consulting, communications, and business development, with a career focused on helping professionals grow with clarity and confidence. A former REALTOR, he has worked in a wide range of roles—from association leadership to administrative support for different brokerages—giving him a practical, behind-the-scenes understanding of what agents need to succeed.
Blake has served as a Disaster Case Manager and as Director of Communications for both the Greater Baton Rouge Association of REALTORS® and Louisiana REALTORS®, where he developed a strong foundation in education, systems, and agent support. Above all, he is passionate about being a go-to resource for agents and helping them navigate growth, change, and opportunity.
He works closely with leadership to support agent development, company vision, and long-term growth, while remaining accessible to agents for coaching and guidance around business planning, marketing, media, and professional positioning. Blake’s style is practical, relationship-focused, and centered on sustainable systems—not pressure or sales tactics.
Blake also helps manage education programming, social media, and communication initiatives, making sure agents have access to relevant training, technology, tools, and timely information. His focus is simple: add value, build confidence, and help agents move forward.
Outside of work, Blake is an accomplished trumpet player who performs for weddings and special events—a creative outlet that reflects the same preparation, consistency, and attention to detail he brings to his work with agents.
