Erin Sumerlin
Erin Sumerlin is a proud Louisiana native, born and raised in Denham Springs, where her passion for people and community first took root. She graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology/Criminology, laying the foundation for a career centered on understanding, serving, and empowering others.
Erin began her professional journey in social work, dedicating her time to supporting children with developmental disabilities. That experience shaped her heart for service and strengthened her ability to connect with individuals from all walks of life—skills that would later become instrumental in her success.
In 2016, Erin made a bold transition into real estate, earning her license and joining Keller Williams. Over the past decade, she has built a dynamic and multifaceted career within the industry. Her experience spans roles as a buyer’s agent, listing agent, and solo agent, as well as serving on high-performing teams and even stepping into leadership as a Director of Operations at the brokerage level.
Beyond traditional real estate, Erin has also excelled in remote high-ticket sales and is a certified John Maxwell Coach, bringing a strong emphasis on leadership, growth, and personal development into everything she does.
Known for her drive, versatility, and people-first mindset, Erin continues to evolve and lead within the real estate space. She combines her background in psychology with her passion for helping clients and for teaching, coaching, and training real estate agents to achieve meaningful success in the industry.
